About us

LAKTOS is a cheese producer and trading company from the Czech Republic, Europe with a tradition dated back to 1936.

LAKTOS has offices in Prague, while the production plant is 60 km south of Prague in the small town of Krásná Hora nad Vltavou.

LAKTOS exports following white cheeses: AKAWI CHEESE , GRILL CHEESE , JADEL CHEESE

For the production of white cheese is used fresh cow's milk, traditional recipes and a high proportion of manual work.

WHITE CHEESE

AKAWI

Akawi is a white, hand made traditional Arabic cheese made in Czech Republic since 1960, done from fresh milk of highest quality milk, suitable for kenafe (Arabic sweets) and Arabic pizza.

JADEL

Jadel is a white, hand-made, steamed cheese manufactured from fresh milk of the highest quality. A deli cheese for gourmet appetite.

GRILL CHEESE

Grill cheese is a semi hard, unripened, white cheese with high melting point suitable for grilling, frying and for vegetarians.
